Central Oregon Employers Council was founded in 2021 as an offshoot of Oregon Employers Council which was a non-profit for over 30 years. As a successful local chapter, we wanted to continue to provide a local resource for our community.

Our mission is to provide high-quality, low-cost educational opportunities for local employers. We plan 4 seminars annually on a wide range of topics related to employment:
- New employment laws passed in Oregon
- Leadership & Communication
- Recruitment strategies
- Compensation programs
- Supervisor basics/Advanced Supervisor training each fall
- More topics selected each year based on feedback from our members

Our amazing team of board members work with regional and national experts to bring valuable educational events to local employers. Board members have a variety of experience as employment attorneys, HR professionals, business leaders, and more.
